The exam covers the following competency domains: 1: Fundamental principles and concepts of a management system for sustainable development in communities (MSSDC) 2: Management system for sustainable development in communities (MSSDC) 3: Fundamental audit concepts and principles 4: Preparation of an ISO 37101 audit 5: Conducting an ISO 37101 audit 6: Closing an ISO 37101 audit 7: Managing an ISO 37101 audit program In case candidates fail the exam, they can retake the exam within twelve months following the initial exam for free. *Note: This applies only to candidates who have attended the training course. Note: Candidates that possess the PECB Lead Implementer and Lead Auditor credentials are qualified for the respective PECB Master credential, given they have taken four additional Foundation exams which are related to this scheme.
